Location : Buechibärg, officially called Bucheggberg, is part of the canton of Solothurn, but is geographically cut into and surrounded by the canton of Bern. It is located in the vicinity of Solothurn, Bern, Biel and Grenchen.
History : Buechibärg settlers date to times long ago: instruments found in the stone have been dated back to late Neolithic times and are witness to the experiences of the inhabitants of those days. Tools dating back to the Celtics, Romans, and Alemanni heritage have also been found.
