Description

A very small studio (13m2) with a private entrance for one or two people is available for rent. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a sofa in an instant to create more space for cooking. 

WLAN, a writing desk, a TV and a patio seating area are available. A private shower/WC, bed linen with towelling, hairdryer and hair shampoo are provided. The simple kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small extendable dining table, crockery, cutlery, pans and a small fridge. A coffee machine and kettle are also available and coffee capsules and tea are included for our guests.

Small but nice: When the bed is folded out, there is very little space left in the room and the passage between the bed and the kitchenette is very narrow. However, there is enough space for luggage. Clothes can be hung on the hanger.

The studio is heated by an adjustable underfloor heating system. The heat and hot water is generated by renewable energy, more precisely by pellet firing and the solar photovoltaic system.

The scent of fresh wood surrounds your stay on cloud 7!

Conditions/extras

Car parking
Free car parking available directly in front of the Mini House. The e-charging station from the photovoltaic system (renewable electricity is produced with solar energy) can be used during the day or night at the neighbouring house. Costs: CHF 0.65 per kWh used. Payable after charging by TWINT or cash.

Bicycle
Lockable bicycle garage with power connection for free charging of e-bikes available on request in the neighbouring house.

Ironing service
Your shirts or blouses will be ironed with love by Sabine. CHF 4.00 per shirt or blouse. Payable by TWINT or cash.
