Self Check-in Hotel Enge

Description

The hotel  is open all year round. Continental breakfast buffet is provided daily. The office can be contacted by email at any time. Telephone calls are forwarded to the office during business hours in the morning. A daily on-call emergency service for hotel guests is assured from 15:00h to 21:00h.

The Gasthof Enge is located not far from Solothurn main railway station, in direction of Biberist. A simple, practical hotel that is ideally located for cyclists and hikers. (Bicycle parking spaces are also available.) Right next to the motorway exit Solothurn Süd (direction Zurich) and Solothurn Ost (direction Biel), the hotel has its own free car parking and two charging station for electric vehicles (Provider is "Move", payable with credit card). The bus stop (lines 2 and 3) is located right next to the hotel.

Arrival (Check-in/Check-out)

Pre check-in

2 days before your arrival, you will have the opportunity to complete the pre-check-in from your computer or mobile phone. All the necessary data (name, address, date of birth and ID number) are then already saved and when you check in at the machine you only have to search for the reservation and eventually pay the room. The key will be distributed automatically by the box on the righthand side. 

Check-in 

If you have any questions or queries, you can contact the Gasthof Enge team by e-mail or telephone. (On weekdays in the morning between 9.00 am and 11.30 am). The room is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm, so you can check in yourself at the check-in machine with a code. The check-in machine is located in the hotel lobby on the left-hand side of the wall. You can open the entrance door with a bank card.

• Pets allowed on request (CHF 10.- per night). Payable at the self check-in machine
• Storage room for bicycles/e-bikes incl. charging station, please advise upon reserving !
• 2 charging points for electric vehicles next to the hotel entrance (card payment at the charging point, provided by Move).
