The stylish and high-quality furnished 8-room house was renovated in 2023, has 5 double rooms, a single room and a living room with sofa bed on three floors; there is room for 12 people in total. There is a fireplace room next to the living room. The sauna, the office, WLAN, a piano, a fireplace, terraces, a barbecue cot and a spacious garden make the "Retreat Lodge Schürmatt" particularly attractive. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and a dishwasher. One bathroom with WC has a bathtub with shower, a second bathroom with WC has a walk-in shower with hair shampoo and shower gel dispenser. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying room at your disposal.

Description

The "Retreat Lodge Schürmatt" is located in the small village of Günsberg on the elevated southern slope of the Jura, 7 km from Solothurn. The charming house with its large garden is ideal for families or groups in search of a rural and inspiring environment, nature, sunshine and views of the Alps. From here you can go hiking or biking in the Jura, go shopping or out to eat in the nearby most beautiful Swiss baroque town, explore the sights, climb in the Balmberg rope park or work from home, write and make creative plans. In the evening, you can enjoy a group get-together in front of the fireplace or chill out in the sauna. The detached house offers a fantastic view of the Swiss Alps, the village is within walking distance of shopping facilities and there are nature trails in the immediate vicinity with sweeping views of the Swiss Plateau. 

Arrival (Check-in/Check-out)

Check-in from 15.00 hrs / departure until 13.00 hrs. There is a key box. You can easily reach Günsberg by post bus from Solothurn railway station (15-minute bus journey).

Conditions/extras

The price includes a separate cleaning fee, bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome; car parking is available free of charge; the sauna is subject to a charge. The host can be contacted online at any time.
