This recently renovated house offers accommodation for up to five people in double rooms. Depending on the number of people, one to three bedrooms are available. You live in a complete house with an open-plan living/dining room and a small kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare breakfast (dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave/grill but no hob or oven).

On the ground floor, in addition to the living rooms, there is a separate toilet, a cloakroom and a work desk. Upstairs there are three bright bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and a bathroom with shower. A large garden also belongs to the property.

The house is located in an industrial residential area and is only two bus stops away from the main railway station. A local recreation area, sports centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools in summer, an ice rink and the River Aare are also in the immediate vicinity. There is also a free car park in front of the building.

The old town can usually be reached on foot in 20 minutes on a pleasant footpath along the famous river "Aare".

Access to both the house and the barrier-protected car park is via an internet keylink using a mobile phone.
