Chocolate moulding in the Suteria


Pour the homemade chocolate bars and truffles! In a film clip you will learn interesting facts about the path from the cocoa plant to chocolate. You will also learn about the most important processing steps and the necessary materials. In the following workshop you will produce your own truffles, chocolate bars or a mold of your choice.

To conclude the event and to round off the evening, we recommend that you make use of the catering or aperitif service. The vaulted cellar "Suterain" is ideal for such occasions.
