The Balmberg rope park is great fun and offers ten courses with different levels of difficulty and challenges for outdoor fans, groups and clubs. The rope park is the largest in German-speaking Switzerland and can accommodate 230 climbers at a time. Nervous climbers can scale heights of up to 20 metres, while ropeway fans can whizz across the Tyroliennes, which is up to 174 metres long

Culinary
Picnic tables and a fire pit are available in the rope park. There is also a kiosk.
Location
You can reach the Balmberg in 20 minutes by car from Solothurn or in 25 minutes by bus number 12 from Solothurn railway station.

Good to know
Groups of less than 10 people can visit the rope park without pre-booking.
