Animal-assisted coaching: Leadership seminar with Lamas

Description

Animals are extremely good and attentive observers who react very directly and subtly to their environment. In this immediate and honest reaction, they mirror the behaviour and effect of humans on their counterparts. It is precisely this ability that will be utilised in this seminar in order to work on these characteristics and learn from them for leadership tasks.

Using the example of the llama and horse herd, you will observe how groups function, what role the leading animal plays and what task the leading stallion has. Finally, how all this can be adapted to human groups and teams.
