Cruise on the River Aare

Experience the unique boat trip on the Aare and enjoy the idyllic scenery between Solothurn and Biel. The boats on the Aare run three times per day from Solothurn to Biel and vice versa from May to October.

The leisurely trip from Solothurn or Biel is a special experience. On the river trip, you can discover the storks in Altreu, the historic town of Büren an der Aare or experience the impressive lock trip in Port.

You can hire a boat exclusively for special events and large groups. From breakfast to a seminar on the water to a cosy aperitif. The special ambience is sure to make your event unforgettable.

Location
The landing stage for the scheduled boats is located in the suburbs, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the old town centre and the railway station.

The General Abonnement and Half-Fare travelcard are valid on the course boats.
Groups of 10 people or more benefit from a 30% group discount.
