Description
Momos are the culinary pride of the Tibetans. In the otherwise rather sparse Tibetan cuisine, momos are a festive meal. Almost all Tibetans know how to make momos and have helped make momos in one form or another at family gatherings.
Have you always wanted to learn how to make these delicious dumplings from Tibet? You can find out in the course - from making the dough, to the right ingredients for the fillings, to the folding technique of the momos.
