Give Aways Wyssestei Beer

Wyssestei beer is made from 100% Swiss raw materials. The spring water comes from the Alpstein mountains. The malting barley comes from the Grisons from the highest growing area in Europe, 1200 - 1700 metres above sea level. The hops are harvested on the Schlatthof farm in Wolfwil near Solothurn.

And the mysterious Wyssestei mountain wort, which gives this beer its character, comes from the Jura plateau of the Solothurn Weissenstein. An aromatic natural beer, combined with the Weissenstein mountain spirit!
