Treberwurst Essen
Description
Enjoy the speciality of the Lake Biel wine-growing region in the rustic and cosy cellar rooms of the Hugi Weine wine house and turn it into a unique event. As is traditional on Lake Biel, Hugi's Treberwurst is also cooked in the "Brennhäfeli" on the grape marc.
Hugi's draff sausage tastes different from conventional draff sausages. It is based on the Seeländer Saucisson developed by the Scholl butcher's shop in Selzach. The resulting Hugi's Treberwurst is flavoured with HUGINAC 1 (brandy) and contains little fat.
