Historical dinner at the Blumenstein Museum
Description
A historical dinner at Château Blumenstein for private or corporate events. Toscana Squisita will stage a baroque evening experience for you with culinary, oenological and historical tales. Toscana Squisita will spoil you with dishes based on original recipes that they have researched themselves.
You will savour the most popular dishes, just as they were served to Louis XV's guests at Versailles during the ‘Soupers de la Cour’ in the mid-18th century. The nobility emulated these banquets, which then made their way through the princely and royal courts of Europe and were also served in Solothurn. The banquet is accompanied by exquisite wines from historic vineyards.
Prepared by the Cuisinière du Château Blumenstein Gabriella da Soletta; Maître d'Hôtel: Cavaliere Michele da Soletta.
