Absinthe Bar

"My colleagues paid a visit to the Grüne Fee in Solothurn – Switzerland's first legal absinthe bar. During a guided tour with an absinthe tasting and a "fairy snack", they learned more about the culture of absinthe, which was being produced as long ago as the mid-18th century in Val-de-Travers. The drink was banned in most European countries at the start of the 20th century, and survived for almost a hundred years underground. I shall organise my next event in the mobile absinthe bar, a 30-year-old Mercedes Hanomag bus."
