Fancy a round of golf amidst Baroque architecture and cobblestones? Urban golf turns Solothurn into a playing field for families, groups and individuals. Kitted out with a club and softball – and prepared for boundless fun – you tee off from your ‘Bäseli’ portable tee box. Then you’ll venture through alleys and across squares to reach surprising stops: fountains, rocks and rubbish bins turn into targets in the urban realm. The rules? Simple. The enjoyment? Huge.

Groups of 10 or More

• Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount.
• To apply the discount, please enter the code Urban10 in the "Voucher or Promo Code" field during the online payment process.

• For groups of 10 people or more, ticket purchases at the Altes Zeughaus Museum are not possible.
• Groups of 20 or more, please fill out the form so we can arrange the best group allocation and time slot for you.

Payment & equipment
The Urban Golf set is available from the Tourist Office during opening hours and at the following times from the Old Arsenal Museum:

Solothurn Tourismus, Hauptgasse 69, 4500 Solothurn

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:15 pm
• Saturday, 9 am – 12.45 pm, from June – September until 2:45 pm

Museum of the old Arsenal, Zeughausplatz 1, 4500 Solothurn

• Saturday, 1 pm – 4.45 pm
• Sunday, 10 am – 4.45 pm, as well as on certain holidays

Returning equipment
Outside the opening hours of the Tourist Office or the Museum Altes Zeughaus, golf equipment should be returned to Hotel Restaurant Baseltor by 9:00 pm.

Deposit
One official ID is required for each group as a deposit for the Urban Golf equipment (clubs, ‘Bäseli’ tee with lanyard, ball, scorecard). The ID card will be handed back upon return of the equipment.

Please note that due to events, some lanes may not be playable. In this case, please skip the lane and continue with the next one.

Tickets
Can be booked online or purchased at the Tourist Office at Hauptgasse 69 in Solothurn. Tickets are limited – hurry, it’s worth it!
A reservation is required for groups of 10 or more.

Conditions
Your booking confirmation serves as your ticket for equipment collection. Please note that bookings are binding and purchased tickets are non-refundable. The game takes place in all weather conditions – please dress accordingly.

The voucher is valid only on the booked date. Urban Golf can also be purchased without a reservation directly at Solothurn Tourism or the Old Arsenal Museum.
