Travelling market vendors from the region offer their specialities for sale in the historic city centre of Solothurn. You'll find fresh flowers and agricultural products galore in the pretty old town, in the Hauptgasse and the Gurzelngasse that leads on from it.
Every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 7.15 am - 12.15 pm.
Important: if the Wednesday is a public holiday, the market is cancelled; if the Saturday is a public holiday, the market is usually brought forward to the preceding Friday. You'll find the market in Solothurn's historic centre between the Bieltor (Biel Gate) and the St. Ursus Cathedral.
Mondays from 8 am to 6 pm The market stalls start at the Klosterplatz and continue along the Hauptgasse and Gurzelngasse as far as the Bieltor.
