Along the Aare
Stone walls and natural rock formations adorn the banks of the Aare. Whether to the north or south of the river, these stones tell ancient tales: back then, walls were built to keep the Aare within bounds. Today, the walls serve as terraces for the many fine riverside restaurants and spots for leisurely encounters. This scene is just like Solothurn, in fact: innovative and unconventional.
