Hair and Comb Museum
"I took part in a journey into the past, and I learned how a small comb factory in Mümliswil (Canton of Solothurn) is linked to the great royal houses of England and Spain. The HAARUNDKAMM (HAIRANDCOMB) MUSEUM in the former comb factory explains how the combs were produced under harsh working conditions, who wore them and what the social significance of hairdressing was in those days. The guided tour gave me so much inspiration that I felt like having a new hairdo at the hairdressing salon inside the museum!"
