The works of the trained archaeological restorer are installations and sculptures that emphasize tension, fragility and coexistence by appealing to the senses. Rose Magee thus reflects her personal relationship to the environment, which for the artist arises from a multinational and multi-faith environment. During her residency at the Altes Spital Solothurn, she wants to explore the position that we can see ourselves reflected in objects and that object-based art is a tool to transcend language through shared understanding.
