The Genussfabrik restaurant is the culinary home base of Thiemo's Events. This is where all the food for the catering is prepared - fresh, home-made and of the best gourmet quality.
From Tuesday to Friday, daily menus and selected dishes from the evening menu are offered at lunchtime and from Thursday to Saturday, the Genussfabrik is open in the evening (unless the team is involved in external catering or the Genussfabrik is booked as an event location).
Seasonal à la carte specialities or dishes on culinary themes such as tapas, soirée française and much more are on offer.
The Genussfabrik also has a bar and a beautiful garden with a gravelled area.
