  • Mariastein–Metzerlen: 16 km (4–5 h, 670 metres elevation)
  • Hofstetten: 13 km (3–4 h, 520 metres elevation)
  • Rodersdorf–Burg i.L.: 17 km (4 h, 400 metres elevation)

Metres in altitude: According to the partial route, the elevation along the woodland walk varies between 370 m a.s.l. and 870 m a.s.l.
