Walking on the edge of the forest

"The hike ranges from a gentle slope to a steeper slope and mainly follows the edge of the forest from Lommiswil to the watchmakers' town of Grenchen. The starting and finishing points are easily accessible by public transport. During the summer months, between May and October, the hike can be rounded off with a boat trip on the river Aare. My personal highlights included the fantastic panorama and the woodland educational trail between Bettlach and Selzach."
