Until mid-January, hearty fondue is served at the Solheure Chalet "Chalheure" from Thursday to Saturday evenings. By the way, the cheese served comes from nearby. While Jakob Käse AG from Bucheggg supplies its house blend, a non-alcoholic variant is sourced from the Lanz dairy in Obergerlafingen.
On request, the fondue can be pimped with mushrooms or tomatoes. Bread cubes and potatoes are served as standard, as well as delicious oven-roasted vegetables as an option. By the way: for team events with up to 28 people, the Chalheure is also opened on all other days of the week.
