Running and strength training in the old town of Solothurn
In small groups (max. 8 people), participants can improve their running style and practice suitable training exercises for their posture, strength, flexibility and speed. The training is led by the sports scientist and sports therapist Salome Burki. A great deal of specialist knowledge, including from back therapy, will be incorporated. Fun is guaranteed and afterwards a part of the group recovers in the Cafébar Landhaus (unfortunately not possible until 22.1.21).
